Noah was born prematurely weighing only one pound five ounces. He has faced many difficulties, including various developmental challenges. Noah’s mom says that Theatre Adventure has played a pivotal role in many of the milestones Noah has accomplished
Noah’s accomplishments have been socially, cognitively, and most importantly gaining a positive sense of self confidence, through his many years of membership in theater. Noah struggles with learning and being distracted, but not in Theater...he has found his nitch! Noah is a natural performer in everything that he does, whether it’s selling raffle tickets at his local library or claiming the stage during play performances. His passion is obvious.
Noah used to require a para-educator to assist him on stage, but now he is confident and capable all on his own. His favorite all time performance was being the Wicked Witch in the Wizard of Oz. He loves playing a villain!
Noah is a Mentor for the Wednesday Troupe Mentor Program. Noah’s mother says that the best Mother’s Day gift each May is seeing Noah perform on stage. It gives her goose bumps and she feels so proud. She appreciates that the Theater Adventure staff continually work with each student to meet them where they are.
Noah commutes to Theatre Adventure classes from Richmond, New Hampshire. When home, he loves spending time with his Australian Sheppard dog Ozzy and his cats Oliver, Penne & Phoebe. He also enjoys his mom’s chickens and ducks. Noah loves playing all kinds of games, listening to music, visiting the Science Museum in Boston, trips to the beach and taking short walks. When younger, he enjoyed long hikes and trips to the White Mountains with his Dad.
