Phil was involved in theater in high school and joined Theater Adventure in 2019. He is a natural on stage and says he enjoys performing different moods and emotions because it makes the characters stronger. Phil had a special role to play as himself in 2020’s Resilient. He wrote the lyrics to a song with Rich Nethercott (here) about his father leaving his family when he was a young boy, and got to perform it on stage as a solo.
Outside of theater, Phil enjoys spending time with his friend Susan and their friends. He enjoys playing basketball. He has recently gotten over his fear of driving lawn mowers, he now owns one! Phil is a colorist and spends hours creating colorful art. He is also a landscape artist, and uses a variety of tools (and his riding lawn mower!) to create beautiful outdoor spaces and sitting spots.
Phil is interested in wild plants used traditionally by Native Americans and is proud of his Native American heritage. He is also a collector of rocks and minerals and wants to learn more about them.
